![]() ![]() In the Metro system, they have my number suspended due to a $60 bill, and when they seen what number that I calling from, they are confused on how I was calling them. On the side note, a number of Metro support agents was confused whenever I call them too. So I do not know if anyone here can help or not, but this is going bugging me since I do not know if Metro will get my number or not one of these days. Netscape announced today its intention to launch Netcenter online, a new service based out of its Web site that will provide information services to. So am I going to get a call every single day from Metro? If so, this is going to get pain. Now Metro's support is wanting proof that I own this number, but my current carrier can not and will not send anything like this to Metro because I have not lost my number yet. Then yesterday, I decided to call to Metro's support again since I got another call. So now, I have stopped these failing unauthorized ports on my current carrier side, but I have to call my current carrier shortly after these calls from Metro because there is a new failed port that I have to stop. Now, the reason given is that my name is not on this Metro account. So I tried to stop this again from Metro's end, but now support said since I do own this account on Metro's end, they can not stop these porting calls. ![]() Then the next day, I got another call and voicemail from Metro. So I ignored it thinking Metro have not updated the system yet. Once approved, it’s the responsibility of Metro and their underlying carrier to complete the porting request. Return the Device with your receipt, in its package, with all contents, undamaged and in good working condition, with no material alterations to the Device’s hardware or software. The next day, I got another call, and I let it go to voicemail. I just let this call go to voicemail since I do not know the number at first. On December 8th, I got a call from Metro's porting department needing more info to port my number. If you have a failing unauthorized port to Metro, you are 100% out of luck to get Metro's porting department to stop from calling. I am just running out of options right now. So I am not sure where to go next, but for maybe some lawyer which getting a lawyer would cost me money. Metro by T-Mobile has the worst support system to deal with right now. If this type of post is not allowed, you can deleted it, but it is really bad mess right now in my opinion. ![]()
